Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oh My Stars. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please ensure you select the correct shipping method, as refunds will not be provided for overestimated selections.

Please be aware that Shipping times do not include Processing times.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Oh My Stars cannot give refunds for items lost in transit nor will we if they do not arrive by a certain date.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Oh My Stars ships to P.O boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Oh My Stars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, but please do not hesitate to email us to discuss a resolution.

Please save all packaging and damaged materials for resolution discussion.

We currently Ship to New Zealand.
